It is the mobile intra-operative radiation therapy electron accelerator that can be placed in an ordinary operating room. Specially developed for peak agility, it is a mobile, articulated device able to approach the patient and move into the right positions to administer the radiation therapy.
The head of theNovac 11 moves through 6 degrees of freedom: the device’s small, compact shape makes it extremely flexible and easy to manoeuvre. If necessary, it can also be moved to different operating rooms.
The Novac 11’s control panel includes a control console with touch screen video, power distribution equipment, the interface tray and the process computer.
